As Snow Falls      The dandruff form the sky floats and sails on invisible, ever-present currents. Its adventures lead to unknown destinations with the end uncertain. Still, it proceeds on its travels, wherever adventure sends it; after all, the currents can neither be tamed nor swayed to favor the traveler over its own course.      Should a speck of white survive rough currents, many other travelers greet the weary crew and share tales of wonder and adventure. New Birth When shadows fall As stars collide And Earth falls With rising tide, A new dawn shall spring Forth from the ash, As a phoenix rises, Creating a flash. From this rebirth New life appears Yet chaos ensues If no one adheres To the rules set For the new creation; Could anyone save A desolate nation?

Before the Dawn Before the pale clouds Are colored by pink pastels Long before the eyes of humans Witness the work done by night's creatures A breeze disturbs the slumber Of a young bud. The petals droop Just enough to peek out And witness the veil around it While the young ones slept. The adults nearby Take notice.
